Science says : Masks seem to do more harm than good.

Have you been looking around and observing people wearing masks and people not wearing masks and wondering about the differences? Have you noticed how masks make people touch their faces more often? How people wearing masks not only have trouble speaking, but even have trouble hearing? (That’s weird.) Have you noticed how people will wear the same mask all day long and wondered how many people they have collected bacteria from on their masks all day long? Noticed how each time they adjust their masks they didn’t disinfect their hands first? Talked to people who have to wear masks where they work and are having problems breathing?

Good for you! Observation is the foundation stone of good science. All real world science must be based on real world observation.

Actual studies done on health and mask wearing don’t seem to give masks very high marks. Check out this article (note the links to various studies) :

Note how articles like this one : https://www.ucc.org/daily_covid_19_brief_issue_39 discussing how masks can decrease blood oxygen levels say that only the masks made for medical persons can have this effect over long periods of time, but at the same time insist that medical persons need to wear these kinds of masks to keep the Covid virus out. This of course infers that the kind of masks that most people wear will not keep the virus out and the authorities know it.

So what good are the masks? Not much really. They certainly can’t stop the virus from getting you if someone who is infected coughs or sneezes on you. Even though the World Health Organization (WHO) recently published a study saying that masks will stop 85% of the virus, what they didn’t tell you is more important. It takes less than 1% of someone’s spit to infect you. This is why we call it ignorant science, they ignore the parts they don’t want you to know about.

The only real use for a mask is if you are sick and you decide to go out in public while you are sick. A mask can catch much of your illness and cut down on the chances of you giving the virus to others. But that will only work if you never touch the mask or anything else. Any way if you are sick you really should just stay home. Besides if you are sick wearing a mask will only make it worse, because you are holding in the nasty stuff your body is trying to expel and breathing it back in.

Now some people will claim that the paragraph above shows that everyone should wear a mask because you might be a carrier and not know it. This is silly because in reality if you have no symptoms it is very difficult to spread (unless you are wearing a mask: more on that in a minute). In fact the organizations working on making vaccines for the virus are beginning to fear that they won’t get much good data on their trials because the virus is not very contagious after all.

There is hope for those vaccine makers though, because with so many people wearing masks all day long, they are collecting microorganisms from all over on their masks and sharing them around. This seems obvious when you make the observation that the places around the country that made the strictest rules about wearing masks are having the biggest problems.

When you wear a mask for hours you collect bacteria that has a nice warm moist place to grow. It then makes a nice comfortable place for viruses to survive. If you interact with an infected person you can carry that infection around in your face mask and expose others to it all day long.

But a little practical advice for those who work somewhere that requires the wearing of masks. One of the problems with masks is that it causes people to breath more shallowly, thereby not getting good circulation through the lungs and the blood. So if you must wear a mask breath slowly and deeply. Ideally out through your mouth and in through your nose.

Remember that the Corona Virus is just another virus. It is easier to defeat than influenza. Most people who do get it have very mild to no symptoms. Keep your immune system strong by doing things that are good for you and you’ll have nothing to worry about..

Also recognize that it is a good thing that the number of cases is increasing now. We are on our way to herd immunity, and the danger of the hospitals being overrun gets lower and lower each day. Also the death rate is going down and down and down as we get more realistic about what this virus is and how to treat it. Remember that the implied threat that if you get Covid you will die isn’t true for hardly anyone. Authorities who try to frighten you with big numbers of disaster don’t even understand what the numbers mean. They don’t follow the science and they don’t follow logic. They inflate the death toll and even the case numbers with false and meaningless numbers. From studies that have been done looking for truth in the number of people who actually die from Covid it appears that about 10 to 20 percent of the deaths attributed to Covid are actually Covid caused. Don’t let the fear mongers frighten you into doing stupid and dangerous things. Take care of your family and enjoy living your life.

Get outside in the sunshine and breath the fresh air. This strengthens your immune system. Eat fresh fruits and veggies. Get exercise. Drink plenty of water. Get good sleep. Dance and sing! Forgive others and find the joy in everyday things. Compliment others. Uncover that beautiful smile and share it with others. All these things will boost your immune system.

Staying indoors and wearing a mask can only weaken your immune system. Stop collecting bacteria and start breathing good clean air that has been disinfected by the sun.

And always keep the big picture in mind. There is no reasonable goal of zero deaths. Sickness and death are a part of life. It cannot be stopped. To pretend that following non-scientific protocols laid down by power hungry authorities will somehow change that is just insanity.

Next thing you know they will tell us all to stop drinking water so fewer people will die from drowning.
